PENGARUH MODAL, LUAS LAHAN DAN TENAGA KERJA TERHADAP PENDAPATAN PETANI KELAPA SAWIT (Studi Kasus di Desa Blang Talon Kecamatan Kuta Makmur)

Abstract

Maximum profit in farmer production activities is very influential in improving the
welfare of farmers, this can be achieved by selecting the correct use of production
factors, ideally combining production factors and also efficiently. Increasing farmer
production by optimizing the use of inputs can be done by implementing efficiency in the
use of production factors such as capital, land area and labor or farmers. This study aims
to examine the effect of capital, land area and labor on the income of oil palm farmers in
Blang Talon Village, Kuta Makmur District. The data used in this research is primary
data of 34 samples with purposive sampling technique. The method used to analyze the
independent variables with the dependent variable is the multiple linear regression
method and the classical assumption test. The results of the study partially capital have a
significant effect on the income of oil palm farmers, the variable land area has a
significant effect on the income of oil palm farmers and the labor variable has a
significant effect on the income of oil palm farmers in Blang Talon Village, Kuta Makmur
District. Simultaneously it shows that capital, land area and labor simultaneously have a
significant effect on the income of oil palm farmers in Blang Talon Village, Kuta Makmur
District.
