Abstract
The background of this research is that the Price Book Value of Food and Beverage companies has experienced an increase and decrease in 2018-2022, this is because the market price per share and book value per share can experience increases and decreases so that they can affect company value. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of financial leverage policies and dividend policies on company value in food and beverage manufacturing companies on the IDX in 2018-2020. Company values use Price Book Value, Leverage uses DER, dividend policy uses DPR. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sector that were listed on the IDX in 2018 – 2020 with a sample of 10 companies using a purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with a significant level of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that partially 1) financial leverage policy has no significant effect on firm value. 2) dividend policy has no significant effect on firm value. 3) financial leverage policy and dividend policy have no effect on firm value.
